Moderation ⚙️

/blacklist-role - Moderator/Admin can set blacklist role for forum channels. If user has the specified blacklist role, user can't post a question.
/blacklist-user - If the moderator/admin uses this command, Forums give the specified blacklist role to the specified user. For this process, Forums role must be above the user.
/deletepost - Moderator can delete a forum post.
/deletechannel - Moderator/Admin can delete a forum channel on Discord server.
/guidelines - Moderator/Admin can set post guidelines for post channels.
/modlog - Moderator/Admin can set modlog for bot. You can see who sent anonymous post.
